Returns & Exchanges

We strive to quality control every item sent out of our studio. However should there be an issue with your order, please get in touch with the relevant prompt below.

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

Refund

If you are not happy with your purchase please get in touch with us here.

Full-priced items or items using discount codes can be returned for a Store Gift Card or Exchange, however, we do not refund for change of mind or the wrong size.

We do not cover the cost of returning these items, we will however provide you a shipping label, which you will be prompted to pay for. Alternatively, you can choose your own courier to ship it back to us. Please keep in mind we do not assume any responsibility if you choose your own courier, if the parcel is lost or does not arrive.

Once we have received your parcel it can take up to 7 working days to process orders are made to order.

Size Exchange

If you would like to exchange the size from the one you have ordered, please get in touch with us here.

We do not cover the cost of returning these items, we will however provide you a shipping label, which you will be prompted to pay for. Faulty Item

If you have received a faulty item please get in touch here, and upload photos to start the process.

Faulty items can be exchanged or fully refunded to original payment method. You will be provided a label and we will cover the cost of any shipping incurred.

Please keep in mind refunds can take up to two weeks to process. This is out of our hands and solely up to the payment providers. Some are quick but some take a while.
